  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Options & Charges

A. Within India

  • Courier Partner: Blue Dart (or equivalent trusted courier partner).
  • Shipping Fee: Calculated based on the total weight of items in your order.
    • Minimum shipping charge: ₹40.00
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination.
  • Tracking: You can track your order using the tracking link shared via email/SMS once dispatched. You can also check your order status at the Order Status Page.

B. International (Outside India)

  • Courier Partner: DHL (or equivalent international carrier).
  • Shipping Fee: Based on the total weight and destination country.
    • Minimum shipping charge: US $13.00
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–15 working days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
  • Customs & Import Duties: Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer.

3. Delivery Timelines

While we make every effort to deliver your orders on time, delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Location and courier service availability
  • Unforeseen delays (weather, strikes, or customs processing)
  • High-volume periods (festivals, sale events, etc.)

4. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

5. Undelivered or Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unclaimed package
  • Refusal to pay customs duties (for international orders)

Reshipping may be arranged upon request, with additional shipping charges applicable.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or with missing items:
