Cancellation & Refund Policy |

At EPrarthana.com, we value your faith and trust. We strive to ensure that every pooja service and product you order
is handled with utmost devotion and care. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to modify or cancel your order.
This policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.
1. Cancelling an Order
- You may cancel your order partially or fully only if it has not yet entered the “Executed” status.
- Once an order is executed (i.e., pooja has been performed or items have been dispatched), it cannot be cancelled or modified.
- To cancel your order, please send an email to support@eprarthana.com with your Order Number and Registered Email ID.
- You can also check your order status on the Order Status Page on our website before requesting cancellation.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund will be processed in the following situations:
- You have cancelled your order before execution.

The selected pooja could not be performed on the scheduled date or at the selected temple due to unforeseen reasons
(temple closure, festival restrictions, etc.). Utmost care will be taken to perform the Archana at the temple and on the date you mentioned.
If for any reason the temple is closed on that date, you will be notified by email.
There may be occasions when pooja cannot be performed at certain temples due to non-availability of agents or any other reason.
In such cases, you will receive an email asking for an alternate temple or arrangements will be made to refund your invoice amount.
The Archana Cost indicated on our temple pages is not the actual cost for the Archana—it includes our service charges too.
- A technical or payment processing error has resulted in duplicate or failed transactions.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to the same payment source used during the transaction (credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, etc.).
- Refunds are normally processed within 5 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.
4. Returns for Shipped Items

For physical items (such as prasadams, pooja materials, books, etc.), returns are generally not accepted once dispatched,
due to the sacred and perishable nature of such products.

However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing
support@eprarthana.com with:
- Order number
- Photos of the package and items received
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review the concern and provide an appropriate resolution (replacement or refund) on a case-by-case basis.
Utmost care will be taken to ensure all items are packed well before they are shipped.
However, EPrarthana.com is not responsible for lost packages or damages during shipping.
5. Exceptions
Please note that the following items and services are non-cancellable and non-refundable:
- Orders for poojas that have already been performed.
- Prasadam or offerings that have been dispatched.
- Customized or temple-specific poojas once booked.
